Honors Program

Application

and

Admission

To apply for admission into the University Honors Program, you must have a high school grade point average of 3.3 and/or a combined Scholastic Achievement Test (SAT) score of 1800, with a minimum critical reading score of 600, or an ACT score of 27 or more. If you meet these criteria, you should be receiving an invitation to apply from the Director of the Honors Program, with a link to the Honors Program application.  You should send in your application to the Honors Program as soon as possible in order to be considered for the Program. The Honors Program has a limited number of places each year, and the committee works to fill these places with the students best able to contribute to the Program's overall success.  The Honors Program admission committee tries to make its first offers of  acceptance by March or early April; later offers of acceptance may follow, depending on the progress of enrollment in the Program.

The application for the Honors Program is also available by clicking here.
