TRIO Student Support Services Program

The TRIO Student Support Services Program (SSSP) is a federally funded program that
offers services to qualified Seton Hall students to guide, enhance, and support
academic and personal success. SSSP is committed to assisting students
who are first generation college students from low-income
backgrounds, who may or may not be disabled,
successfully complete an undergraduate
education.
To accomplish this goal, SSSP offers to eligible participants:
Tutoring
College success skills
Academic, career, financial, and personal counseling
Workshops inclusive of test taking, time management, note taking, and public speaking
Enrichment activities
Qualifications must be met to receive SSSP services. These guidelines are as follows:
First generation college
Low income
With a disability
SSSP provides services to 200 qualified students each year. Therefore, if you are enrolled at Seton Hall University it is important that you apply early.
