This programme will equip individuals who wish to become community based facilitators with the skills that they can use to help empower their communities by improved use of natural resources, intensified job creation and resource management; thus relieving the vulnerability of households and contributing to the context of integrated rural development.The programme seeks to contribute to the development, education and agriculture as well as the implementation of the Integrated Strategy with other stakeholders by improving conditions in rural and peri-urban areas through development of capacity, skills, and values within these communities. This training programme is using a sustainable livelihood approach aims to contribute to meeting long-term goals of sustainable development and poverty alleviation.
