L'obiettivo dell' insegnamento è, dopo aver individuato le caratteristiche aziendali dell' Istituto non profit e dell'impresa sociale, approfondire il tema della gestione strategica, approfondendo l'orientamento strtegico di fondo (mission, vision e valori) la formula competitiva e gli ambienti competitivi nei quali opera l'impresa sociale e individuando nuove prospettive strategiche di sviluppo. Al termine del corso lo studente è in grado di: - riconoscere i caratteri e i problemi delle diverse tiplologie di aziende non profit; - riconoscere le modalità di gestione tipiche dell'impresa sociale in diversi ambienti competitivi; - valutare le opzioni di espansione/riduzione della gamma di attività dell'impresa e le diverse strategia di rapporto con il territorio; - ipotizzare strategie cooperative nell'era globale.
The objective of the course is, after identifying the corporate characteristics of the non-profit Institute and social enterprise, to deepen the theme of strategic management, deepening the basic strategic orientation (mission, vision and values) the competitive formula and the competitive environments in which the social enterprise operates and identifying new strategic development perspectives. At the end of the course the student is able to: - recognize the characters and problems of the different types of non-profit companies; - recognize the typical management methods of social enterprise in different competitive environments; - evaluate the options for expansion/reduction of the company's range of activities and the different strategies for relations with the territory; - hypothesize cooperative strategies in the global era. |

L'insegnamento analizza il funzionamento delle istituzioni economiche e la loro evoluzione sul mercato secondo la prospettiva dell' economia civile. Al termine dell'insegnamento lo studente: - conosce la prospettiva di studio dell' economia civile; - conosce i principali strumenti della teoria dei giochi per analizzare i comportamenti sociali; - è in grado di applicare il paradigma relazionale allo studio dei comportamenti nelle organizzazioni non-profit.
The course analyzes the functioning of economic institutions and their evolution on the market according to the perspective of the civil economy. At the end of the course the student: - knows the perspective of study of civil economy; - knows the main tools of game theory to analyze social behaviors; - is able to apply the relational paradigm to the study of behaviors in non-profit organizations. |

The course allows students to achieve an advanced preparation to hold managerial positions in social enterprises, cooperatives and non-profit organizations, combining knowledge necessary for business management with economic and legal skills to be applied to the institutional complexity of companies and organizations of the third sector.
