The Role of NGOs in The Changing Welfare State Credit-Bearing Graduate and Und	The course will be taught in spring 2003 at the Department of Social Policy as an introductory agenda for studies on NGOs in the social welfare state. Students will attend classe sessions and visit several NGO sites in the Helsinki region.
