To investigate the management of volunteer resources to aid in the raising of funds. It will help the student understand the basic concepts in human resource management and, in particular, how they are amended to apply to the management of volunteers in a fundraising setting. Basic marketing principles will be introduced to aid in the understanding of volunteer recruitment. Relevant management, leadership, and problem-solving topics will also be studied. |
