CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND PUBLIC POLICIES

General objective: The student deepens his/her analysis and understanding of the impact of the National Constitution and provincials in management and public policies, and the exclusive and concurrent attributions and competences of the State, taking into account their wealth, social, and territorial complexity.
ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL REGIME

The student knows the principles of administrative law, the specific procedures of public administration, and the scope of State Responsibility and its agents, in order to develop skills for analysis and recommendations regarding the public functions of regulation and control.
ECONOMY OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR: FINANCIAL AND BUDGETARY PLANNING

General objective: Let the student reflect on the conceptual framework of the economic and financial models and systems of the public administration, the challenges and solutions to the problems that arise in the process of planning, elaboration and execution of public budgets.
PUBLIC MANAGEMENT: CONTEMPORARY DEBATE

General objective: The student obtains skills that allow him/her to analyze and debate the main theoretical motivations that underlie the different models of Public Management and its relations. They will also learn about the concept of citizenship, the values of the public workers (Effectiveness, efficiency and ethics), citizen satisfaction and participation (simplification, reduction of time, improvement of quality of care, etc.), and the increase of the quality of services and their application in their field of Occupational specialization.

VALUES AND PUBLIC ETHICS AS A GUARANTEE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

General objective: The student analyzes the conceptual aspects of public ethics and links them to the value of human rights. The student knows the strategies for the promotion of the practice of values according to the public function and is able to address the evolution of the systems of identity values and mechanisms of relation, proper to public management.
MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC NETWORKS OF COOPERATION

General objective: The student knows the new concepts in Public Management based on the formation of networks at the level of organizational units and other public organizations. They deepen their understanding in the use of the tools of generation, articulation, participation, coordination and strengthening of effective and efficient networks.
INTEGRATIVE WORKSHOP

General objective: This seminar/workshop is where the student is able to articulate the knowledge acquired throughout the course through the elaboration of a thesis. The seminar will consist of supervision and consulting of the development stages of design, research and elaboration of the thesis. For the personal follow-up of the students, they will be provided with professors who have knowledge in their chosen topics. The professors will act as tutors while the student is in the process of producing their thesis. The integrative workshop will focus not only on the production of an interdisciplinary project related to public management policies, but also on the consolidation of the conceptual framework and its articulation with processes for the development of methodologies and technologies for intervention, monitoring and results.
