As an incoming Freshman, you are part of Seton Hall's award-winning Freshman Studies Program. The multifaceted program is designed to offer comprehensive academic advisement and guidance to help you meet your personal, academic and professional goals.

The Freshman Studies Program will help you adjust to college life and develop a social network with these specific elements for success:
- Your Mentor who provides academic advisement and support
- Your Peer Adviser, a current upper-class student who can help you get involved and meet new people
- Your Freshman University Life class, a one-credit course taught by your faculty mentor and peer adviser. Such issues discussed in class include time management, study skills, stress management and career exploration.
