The Seton Hall Institute on Work (IOW)
operates under the aegis of the Center for Catholic Studies. Its
mission is to introduce and engage faculty, students and other
constituencies of Seton Hall University with the Catholic perspective on
work: its multiple meanings, how we can make our workplaces more
communal and humane, and ultimately, how we can integrate the demands of
our work into a more balanced and enriched life.
