Our Approach
The Micah programs will be conducted by a team of nationally
recognized religious educators, presenters and business leaders who have
worked pastorally with senior executives.
Senior executives will have the opportunity to reflect with
their peers on how the patterns of their executive decisions and
experience contribute to their personal spirituality and how their
personal spirituality, supported and enhanced by the traditions of their
faith, can serve to leaven their corporate cultures and the global
economy.
Executives will have the opportunity to dialogue
with fellow participants, and to consult with a member of the Micah team
on his or her development as well as any other issues that may occur.
